 What is Imunc?

Here at IMUNC, we aim to present every delegate with an experience that will enrich their understanding about global affairs and diplomacy. It simulates the challenges of international cooperation, thereby providing students with the platform to discuss pertinent global issues with like-minded peers.

IMUNC is made up of councils that are tailored to a specific experience within the conference. Alongside the usual committees familiar to most MUN delegates, IMUNC's unique Joint Crisis Committee (JCC) experience will allow delegates to participate in a simulation of the Bosnian War involving multiple stakeholders and dynamic scenarios, and actively shape historical events as they unfold.

How to Register:

If you are registering as a school delegation, please submit Form 1.

If you are registering as an independent delegate as part of a delegation, please submit Form 2.

If you are registering as an independent delegate as an individual, please submit Form 3.

Registration Timeline:

  • Registration Opens

  • Registration Closes for School Delegations

  • Registration Closes for Independent Delegations


  • Registration confirmed; payment and allocation slots to be disseminated by email*

  • School delegations to send confirmed allocations; IMUNC to receive payment by cheque


  • IMUNC



* Note that independent delegations will not be able to assign their own internal allocations

Payment Mode:

All payment is to be made in the form of cheques, and are to be mailed to Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).

For school delegations, an invoice will be sent following the confirmation of your registration.

For independent delegations, the total payable sum will be emailed to your head delegate.

Please take note of the following with regards to payment:

  1. All cheques are to be sealed in an envelope with the delegation’s name on it.

  2. All cheques are to have the following information written on the back, in the event that a follow-up is required:

    • Name of the registering delegate

    • Name of the head delegate

    • Contact number of the head delegate

    • Email address of the head delegate

  3. Delegations that fail to promptly meet the deadline for payment, or fail to pay the full amount, will not be registered.

  4. Please address the cheque to the following:

Following confirmation of the delegation’s registration, further details for payment will be sent out by email to all delegations. School delegations will also receive an invoice for payment. Please note that once registration has been confirmed, the full payment must be made even if delegates withdraw from the conference. It is the responsibility of the registering institution/delegation to find a replacement for the missing delegate(s).
